Abstract

This research was conducted at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Kampus 10 Jambi i, by research background that activity process of Organization of student at pondok modern which is a means for students to train themselves to become leaders in the future. The purpose of this research are: First, to know the process of carrying out activities Organization of student at pondok modern Darussalam Gontor campus 10 Jambi. Second, to know the concept of leadership formation through the organization at pondok modern Darussalam Gontor campus 10. Third, to Know the effectiveness of pondok modern student organization in the Formation of Leadership at pondok modern Darussalam Gontor campus 10. Fourth, to find out the Gontor kampus 10 modern boarding school student organization on Islamic religious education. This research is qualitative research approach which purpose to find out more about how effective organisasi pelajar pondok modern in the formation of leadership at pondok modern Darussalam Gontor kampus 10. The method in this reseacrh is the method of observatiuon, interviews and documentation. The result of this research are: First, the implementation process of pondok modern student organization is carried out based on the duties of each of the chairmen to the diesel. Second, methods in the formation of leadership are carried out by methods of direction, training, assignment, habituation, escort, uswah hasanah and approach. Third, the effectiveness of pondok modern student organization in the formation of leadership is really effective because many responses or answers are satisfactory. Fourth, the existence of a OPPM at the Darussalam Gontor modern boarding school campus 10 that students are more responsible and diligent in carrying out their duties as students in studying Islamic religion.
