Abstract
This research is aimed to find out the effect of monetary policy indicators on the economic growth in Indonesia. The dependent variable on this research was stand for the economic growth which taken by the rate of Gross Domestic Product (GDP). In the other, the independent variables that used include money supply, BI rate, inflation, exchange rate and Certificate of Indonesia’s Sharia Banking. The data that used on this research was typically as secondary datain monthly time series which obtained from January 2010 to December 2019 sourced by Statistics Indonesia and Central Bank of Indonesia. This research used an analysis of Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) methodology. The result of VECM estimation showed that the effect of money supply, BI rate and the Certificate of Indonesia’s Sharia Banking on the economic growth in Indonesia has a positive value in term of short period. In the contrary, for a long period it showed a negative effect for the economic growth. For the inflation, within both of long or short periods will be not affecting for the economic growth. Thus, the exchange rate showed a positive effect for a short period. However, for a long period it showed as the contrary which means a negative result may possibly appear on the Indonesian economic growth.
