Abstract
Social media instagram can be used for communication, marketing, spreading information and others. Instagram not only used by person, also institute, community, and organization. Organization BEM Universitas Indonesia with it’s instagram account @bemui_official was uploading content ‘Jokowi : The King of Lips Service’ as their critism to President Joko Widodo or called Jokowi. With a lot of achievement got by President Joko Widodo, BEM UI said that Jokowi, has fail to keep his word in some aspects. This research is to know the effect about that content for the level of society trust to the credibility of President Joko Widodo as a purpose. This reseach uses kuantitatif research method. The techniques of collecting data uses questionnairs. The questionnairs sent to 100 sampel of the followers of @bemui_official. The data analysis technique used are validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, also simple linier regression test. Based on the result of the study, showed that the result of sinification result is 0.041 > 0.05 meant Ho recejcted and Ha accepted. It’s mean that there is an influence of instagram content ‘Jokowi : The King of Lip Service’ by @bemui_official for the level of society trust to the credibility of President Joko Widodo. It mans that the content of Jokowi ugliness did’t discharge to his credibility.
