Abstract

Increasing the amount of productivity that is not accompanied by an increase in worker performance will affect the production process which will ultimately hamper labor productivity. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence production in the puppet craft industry in Bantul district, Pucung Wukirari village. The data used are primary data. Primary data obtained from the results of a questionnaire of 77 respondents. The analytical tool used is the mathematical linear regression model using SPSS 21. The results of the study indicate that the three variables of capital, labor, materials have positive and significant impact on the productivity of the puppet industry in Bantul district The results showed that all independent variables, namely capital, labor, and materials, had a positive effect on the dependent variable (output of puppet craft production). The coefficient of determination is 0.624, which means productivity by capital, labor and materials of 62.4 percent. While the other variables are explained outside the analysis model in this study.
