Abstract

Obviously has made it easier to spread information throughout the world using internet, television, smartphone and etc. Even as if it had closer and narrowed the distance from one place to another very quickly and easily. Without exception the internet also provides convenience to Muslims in terms of worship that is Kurban. Kurban must be carried our for those who are able.how to carry out Kurban in general, that is, victims buy animals on animal farms and deliver the animal to the kurban animal slaughterer in the nearby mosque. But in the era of digital industry 4.0, kurban can carry out kurban indirectly by using internet media. This raises questions from the public about the clarity of the animals they will kurban through online kurban. Related to when the slaughter, distribution of kurban meat, and the validity of this online kurban. One of the facilities that serves online based kurban that has been done by the Paytren Application. This application was established in 2013, originally used for payments in the network such as routine bills, electronic credit purchases, BPJS payments, travel tickets and etc. But after being updated in 2018 this application launches a new facility that is shopping, one of which is service, which is online kurban payments. This type of research is qualitative research with a normative approach. While the data analysis method used is descriptive analytic. In the method of compiling data collection using the method of observation, interviews, and literature. The results of study show that Paytren Application is only an intermediary or container in the online kurban. According to the juridical laws there is no regulation yet on the implementation of kurban. Only in law number 18 of 2009 cocerning animal husbandry and animal health, only explained the seller of kurban animals must pay attention to the health of kurban animals that will sold. Has not been clearly regulated regarding the mechanism of kurban. According to normative online kurban practice by paytren application is legal. Because online kurban payment and representative contract implementation have followed the pillars and conditions that have been set. And the form of online kurban is the same as direct kurban, only the difference between online kurban is that they are carried out outside the kurban area and represented by the responsible party.
