Abstract

After demanding it. The new order era brought fresh air to a handful of political organization groups, including Islamic political parties that liberated themselves from hiding by reforming their organizational philosophy to accommodate the problems that exist in Indonesian society, which is predominantly Muslim. The philosophy used is an adoption. understanding in the Middle East. Post-Islamism is a renewal of understanding that brings a flexible image of Islam into the times, this understanding will later be used as an ideology for several Islamic political parties in Indonesia, but how is the influence brought by this understanding on Islamic political parties in Indonesia, is it appropriate? with the democratic system adopted by the Indonesian people, this is what the author will examine further in this study. Also the author will examine how Sivasah Syar'iyyah's views regarding Post Islamism understanding of Islamic political parties in Indonesia. This research uses library research method. And also the nature of the research in this thesis is descriptive analytical research. This thesis is a legal political research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data as the basic material to be investigated by conductig a search on regulations and literature related to the problems studied. The results of the study based on the analysis concluded that the influence of Post Islamism understanding on Islamic political parties in Indonesia brought several impacts both in terms of regulations and the implementation of this understanding. In terms of regulations, post-Islamism agrees on the constitutional basis for the state and nation as regulated by the 1945 Constitution which is spelled out by law. Law In general, the law in Indonesia adopts many laws made by the Dutch. Which will later undergo amendments to adapt to the progress of the times. Regarding democracy, Post Islamism takes a hybrid approach that combines Islam with democracy and modernity which also combines religiosity, rights, freedom and independence. new values that bring changes from the understanding that previously existed, in this case Post Islamism contains new ideas that bring progress for Muslims who accept changes that are adapted to the progress of the times in accordance with Islamic teachings that have been regulated in the Qur'an and Hadith.
