Abstract

This reseach aims to produce physical e-module based on a contextual approach to the material of rotational dynamics, determine the feasibility and student response of an e-module physics based on a contextual approach to rotational dynamics material that can be accessed easily. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with design models 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Determinate). Research and Development is the research methods used to develop or validate products used in education and learning. This research is restricted on develop step with limited trial of 15 students XI MIPA-1 SMAN 1 Bangungtapan. The instruments used in this research were product validation sheets, product assessment sheets, and students response sheets. For assessing the feasibility of the physics e-module based on a contextual approach using a likert scale with 4 scale while the student response using a Guttman scale with checklist in column agree or disagree. Based on research and data analysis physics e-module on contextual teaching and learning on rotational dynamics material obtained the average score from material expert judgement is 3,62 in category as very good and average score from media expert judgement is 3,50 in category as very good, the average score from physics teacher assessment is 3,00 in category good. The results of average score from assessment of 15 students is 0,97 in category very good. So it can be concluded that physics e-module developed is very good or feasible to be used as a source of independent learning by students.
