Abstract

This study aims to: (1) To find out the process of developing student worksheets based on educative games to improve learning outcomes and the activity of third grade elementary school students. (2) To determine the feasibility of educative game-based student worksheets to improve learning outcomes and the activity of class III elementary school students. (3) To determine the effectiveness of student worksheets based on educative games to improve learning outcomes and the activity of class III elementary school students. The research carried out produced teaching materials in the form of student worksheets based on educative games. LKPD developed using the Borg and Gall floating method by limiting only seven research and development steps, namely, (1) potential problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, ( 6) product trials, and (7) product revisions. This location is at SDIT Raudhaturrahmah Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in class III with 25 students. The instruments and data collection of this study used data from the assessment of design experts, material experts, teacher assessments, pretest and posttest questions, as well as pretest and posttest questionnaire tests of students using the N-gain value. The results of this study indicate that the feasibility of student worksheet products based on educative games with validation results is very feasible. The level of product validity results from validation carried out by design experts, material experts and teacher responses. Design validation results get a score of 88% with a very feasible category. The results of the material validation get a score of 89% with a very decent category. While the results of the teacher's response got a score of 92.5% with a very decent category. The effectiveness of student worksheets based on educative game theme 5 sub-theme 1 can be seen based on the pretest and posttest questionnaires for class III students at SDIT Raudhaturrahmah Pekanbaru. The results of the effectiveness test of the use of student worksheets based on educative game theme 5 sub-theme 1 on student activity showed that as many as 25 students got 97% in the very good category. The test results for the effectiveness of using student worksheets based on educative game theme 5 sub-theme 1 on student learning outcomes showed that as many as 25 students got (g) > 0.7 or the high category as many as 15 students, while students who got a value of 0.3 ≤ (g ) ≥ 0.7 or categorized as being moderate as many as 10 students, and students who get a score (g) < 0.3 or a low category, namely 0 or no students get a low score.
