Abstract
Media cannot be separated from the learning process. The use of uninteresting and unvaried learning media makes students bored. This study aims to produce fun learning media products in the form of song videos and song lyric books on the material of Compound Nomenclature. The type of research used is research and development (R&D) using the PPE development model consisting of planning, production, and evaluation. The subjects of this study were students of class XII MAN 1 Gunungkidul. The data collection techniques used were interviews with high school chemistry teachers and students, peer reviewer reviews, validation by material experts and media experts, reviewer assessments (high school chemistry teachers), and student responses. The data analysis technique used was qualitative data analysis. Material experts and media experts stated that the media was valid and had "Very Good" quality with ideal percentages of 81.25% and 87.5% respectively. Reviewers (high school chemistry teachers) stated that the media has a quality of "Very Good" with an ideal percentage of 85.31%. Students also responded positively to the video song that was developed and the result was a product with an ideal percentage of 91.8%. The implementation of this product will be more optimal if it is carried out by teachers who love art.
