Abstract

There is a growing tendeny that many teachers tend to teach the way they have been taught, through which a chalk talk model on which we all grew up Is apparent implied in this tendency is a default assumption that students do not require a heightened activity to learn effectively for students developed mind is already capable of under taking reflection, shaping perspective, and undergoing abstract thought for this reason some teachers assume that many students are really learning as they are sitting down and listening to the lecture. This assumption is usually stays a hit longer in teachers mind even when then disappointed with how much is retained and how little is applied. This assumption might be justifiable and reliable in the past but not to day. For today's students are products of MTV world of sights as well as sounds, movement as well as meditation. In addition, to day students are so div&rse in terons of not only in gender, race, and ethnicity but also in their styles of learning. Accelerated Learning is needed not only for excitement purposes but also for showing respect toward individual differences and multiple intelligences. Educators have come to realize that learners arises from different styles. Some students learn best by seeing others do it. Bay this way they usuallylike sequenced presentations of information. They prefer to write down what a teacher tells them. These visual learners contrast with auditory learners who are bothered to look at what a teacher does or to take a note. The latter learners rely on their ability to hear and remember. Other learners, kinesthetic learners, learn mainly by direct involvement in an activity. They tend to be impulsive with little patience. Their approach to learning can appear to be haphzard and random. Educators also have been noticing changes in their students' learning styles. Students today grow up in a world where things happen quickly and where many choices are presented. Sounds come in clever "bites,"and colors are vibrantand compelling. Objects, both real and virtual, move quickly. The opportunity to change things from one state to another is everywhere.
