Abstract
"Those who had been being our opposities always showed their arguments agatnt us. Moreover in the case of hadits, they came with their equal one which made doubt, for anything we had trusted it". This kind of underscanding was one ofthe reasons why al-Tusy wrote TahzIb al-ahkam. Therefore, making a deeper research to explore what was inside this book ofcompilatedhadis was very interesting. This article is written to get down to the historicaI aspect of the author, how he codiiied it, and what might be it s plus-minus point.
