"Library as a source of information has a strategic role and has a big opportunity in the\r\nfield of management and information dissemination. Currently the Internet is an\r\nexcellent medium for dissemination of information which in 2013 predicted the\r\nInternet users in Indonesia reached 82 million. This study aimed to evaluate the\r\ninternet services that have been provided by the Library of the Faculty of Biology,\r\nUniversity of Gadjah Mada. This research is descriptive research with quantitative\r\napproach. Data collection techniques using three (3) methods, namely observation,\r\nquestionnaires and literature study. Variables uses in Library Internet Services is\r\nEvaluation of Internet Services Quality at the Library of Faculty of Biology,\r\nUniversity of Gadjah Mada. Sub-variables using five (5) characteristics qualify of\r\nservices, namely the reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible.\r\nResults of this study indicate that the internet service in the Library of Faculty of\r\nBiology, University of Gadjah Mada leveled at a good with categorized by class\r\ninterval 2,51 to 3,25. It is shown from the results of calculations using formula mean\r\nthat the total value of all variables is 2,54 consistsof 2,71 for reliability, 2.57 for\r\nresponsiveness, 2.57 for assurance, 2.46 for empathy, and 2.41 for tangible.
