abstract: The aim of this reasearch is to know the response of the students and the teacher
motivation to motivate the students for study in the library of SDN Wlahar 01. This research is
quantitave descriptive. The sample in this research is the students of SDN Wlahar 01 Adipala
Cilacap the fourth grade and the fifth grade there are 38 and 39 student the totality numer of the
students are 77 students. Sampling method is using population. The data was collected using
observation, quesioner, documentation, and interview. Variable and dependent variabel. The
results to teacher to motivate. Students to study in the library and motivation given by the teacher
study in the library in SDN Wlahar 01 Adipala Cilacap with score grand mean or average of 2,95
and 2,63 consulted with scale interpretation of the average score of respondents that value is in
the range of 2,5 to 3,25 were good category.
