"This research discusses the attitude of the library users towards circulation\r\nservices at the Library of State Islamic Yunior High School Bantul Kota\r\nYogyakarta. The research is aimed at understanding the user attitude towards the\r\ncirculation services at the state the Islamic Yunior High School Bantul Kota\r\nYogyakarta. The technique of sampling is purposive to all students of the school.\r\nThe number of samples 86 respondents, using yamane formula. The data\r\ncollection methods are questionnaire, observation, interview and documentation.\r\nThe technique of data analysis adopts a descriptive-quantitative approach. The\r\nresearch uses a single variable, that is user attitude towards circulation services at\r\nthe library of the state Islamic Yunior High School Bantul Kota Yogyakarta.\r\nWhereas, the indicators uses are : The system of borrowing, lending and refund\r\nprocedures, rules services, library opening hours, membership terms, attitude of\r\nlibrarians, library staff friendliness, Pleased with the library service, often borrow\r\nbooks at the library. To find out how the attitudes of respondents using a formula\r\nthat is an interval scale. In order to know the respondent attitude, the researcher\r\nemploys the formula of interval scale, that is grand mean (x) equals with the total\r\nof the average which is devided by the number of respondents. The research\r\nconcludes that the all scores are got the average value by 3,16, which can be\r\ncategorized that the user attitude towards the circulation services at the the School\r\nof State Islamic Yunior High School Bantul Kota Yogyakarta is clasisitied as\r\ngood. There are several kinds of sevices that should be improved, namely:\r\nregulatory services, the attitude of librarians and library services. The study is\r\nexpected to provide inputs to the state Islamic Yunior High School Bantul Kota\r\nYogyakarta. To further enhance the return of service in the library.
