The research is aimed at understanding the user attitude towards the circulation services at the state the Islamic Yunior High School Bantul Kota Yogyakarta. The technique of sampling is purposive to all students of the school. The number of samples 86 respondents, using yamane formula. The data collection methods are questionnaire, observation, interview and documentation. The technique of data analysis adopts a descriptive-quantitative approach. The research uses a single variable, that is user attitude towards circulation services at the library of the state Islamic Yunior High School Bantul Kota Yogyakarta. Whereas, the indicators uses are : The system of borrowing, lending and refund procedures, rules services, library opening hours, membership terms, attitude of librarians, library staff friendliness, Pleased with the library service, often borrow books at the library. To find out how the attitudes of respondents using a formula that is an interval scale. In order to know the respondent attitude, the researcher employs the formula of interval scale, that is grand mean (x) equals with the total of the average which is devided by the number of respondents. The research concludes that the all scores are got the average value by 3,16, which can be categorized that the user attitude towards the circulation services at the the School of State Islamic Yunior High School Bantul Kota Yogyakarta is clasisitied as good. There are several kinds of sevices that should be improved, namely: regulatory services, the attitude of librarians and library services. The study is expected to provide inputs to the state Islamic Yunior High School Bantul Kota Yogyakarta. To further enhance the return of service in the library. Especially in service to the circulation of these services can maximize the return on library users.
