The organic food become one of kind of food which can protect consumer in kept healthy. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between health consciousness and consumers attitude about organic food through mediating effects of a healthy lifestyle among civil servant of Balai Besar Teknik Kesehatan Lingkungan and Pengendalian Penyakit (BBTKL PP) Yogyakarta. The subjects of this research are 78 civil servants at Balai Besar Teknik Kesehatan Lingkungan and Pengendalian Penyakit (BBTKL PP) Yogyakarta from some divisions. The sampling technique research using random sampling technique. The data were collected with the scale of health consciousness, healthy lifestyle scale and consumers attitude about organic foods scale. The data were anlayzed using product moment correlasional test, correlation partial technique and multiple regression analysis technique. The results showed that there are very significant positive relationship between health consciousness and consumers attitude about organic foods with mediating healthy lifestyle, it means relationship healthy consciousness and consumers attitude about organic foods become stronger by healthy lifestyle on the civil servant of Balai Besar Teknik Kesehatan Lingkungan and Pengendalian Penyakit (BBTKL PP) Yogyakarta. This shown with correlation coefficient multiple regression analysis R= 0,682 and p = 0,000 higher than correlation coefficient partial before mediating r = 0,401 and p = 0,000, so the hypothesis is accepted. } }
