This kind of perception is called organizational climate. There are so many factors that are influenced by organizational climate ; one of which is quality of work life. This study aims to test empirically the relationship between organizational climate and the quality of work life of employees at PT Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. The sample is the whole employees of PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. The data were taken by using Zin?s (2004) quality of work life scale technique and Brown and Leigh?s (1996) organization climate scale. Furthermore, Product Moment Correlation was used as analysis technique. Based on result of data analysis, it was found that there were positive correlation between organizational climate and PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja employee?s quality of work life as the 0,696 ( p = 0,000). This result showed that if the employees have positive perception to the organizational climate, the quality of work life will be high, and vice versa. The effective contribution of organization climate to quality of work life was 48,4%. The order 51.6% was contribution or the other variable s that were not examined.
