This developing is reviewed form content, language, and presentation aspects, and influence of the using of this module in learning process. This research based on Research and Development (R&D) followed the 4-D model, i.e. Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The define phase is need assessment analysis thoroughly. The Design phase is characterized by the development of the prototype of the module. The develop phase is the development of the prototype of the module, include learning module organization which is orientated to local content, Pondoh zalacca. This module was guided by thesis supervisor and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The quality of this module is reviewed by five integrated science teachers and responded by 29 students. The disseminate phase was not be done because this is the whole assessment. This research shows that the module has a good quality, going the score 234, from the maximum score 280 and ideal percentage 83.57%. In addition, the module has an excellent quality, going the score 27.45, from the maximum score 28 and ideal percentage 98.03%. There it can be used in integrated science learning process in State Islamic Middle School, in Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
