With technology , a company has a competitive advantage so as to compete with other companies . Many companies are already using the system or applications that support the passage of the activities and objectives. How to establish the progress of the company or business if the business models and tools that are used do not support ? Therefore, researchers took the study at one place of business is Lesehan Maharani restaurant Yogyakarta . Researchers propose the use of application -based ordering food and drinks android to facilitate ordering and service . This application is based on android mobile platform , making it easier and more practical. This study focused on the analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of the food and beverage ordering application to android based and service reservations at the restaurant . The analysis used include descriptive analysis and inference analysis . The data analysis research is the use of time when booking and also until service is completed. Data collection techniques such as pre -use and post -use . The results of this study are in the form of a conclusion whether the implementations ordering food and beverage applications based on Android is more effective than conventional models. The test results mean the difference of two pre-use class of data to post-use control experiment on the booking class is 0,000. Because 0,000 is less than 0.05 then H0 is accepted , this means there is an average of the data pre-use control class to use the post-experimental class. While the test results mean difference of two post-use of data control class to post-use class experiments also show the results of 0,000. At the ministry also showed similar result. Descriptive analysis showed the median grade control with conventional models is 8.0 and the median class experiment with food and beverage ordering application is based on android 2.0 . In service , the median grade control conventional model is 19.0 and the experimental class that uses the application was 14.0. Median post-use experimental class and control class at each booking is 18.0 and 14.0. Reservation booking application uses the android -based food and beverage 75 % more effective than conventional models . The use of application services are also more effective at 26.32 % and 22.22 % compared to conventional models .
