Credit card is an example of technological advancements utilization in the banking industry. Enthusiasm about credit card in Indonesia is quite good. As of February 2012, the number of credit card circulation from 19 conventional banks and 1 sharia bank in Indonesia is 14.5 million cards. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of product, promotion, service, price, process, and sharia aspect to the customers’ decision in using Hasanah Card. This is a quantitative research which uses primary and secondary data. The primary data had been obtained from respondents’ answers through the questionnaire form and the secondary data had been obtained from study literature. This research uses Multiple Linier Regression in SPSS as an analytical tool to analyze the questionnaire result. The respondents of this research are Hasanah Card holders who live in Jakarta. This research has 72 respondents as samples that had been obtained by using simple random sampling technique. The result of this research is that product, promotion, service, price, process, and sharia aspect have a significant influence to the customers’ decision in using Hasanah Card simultaneously. Meanwhile the partial test result shows that price and process positively influences the customers’ decision in using Hasanah Card.
