"\r\nThe aim of this research is to know student’s perception toward the service\r\nquality in the library of STPMD “APMD” in Yogyakarta. This research is a\r\ndescriptive quantitative research. The research is done in the library of STPMD\r\n“APMD” in Yogyakarta by using sample from 94 students who have been registered\r\nas the members of the library of STPMD “APMD” of Yogyakarta. The method used\r\nto take the sample is accidental sampling method. The data is collected using\r\nquestionnaire method, interview, observation, and documentation. The data is\r\nanalyzed using SPSS ( Statitical Package For Social Science) version 19 for\r\nWindows. The variable characteristic in this research is singgle that is the serving\r\nquality in the library of STPMD “APMD” of Yogyakarta. Servqual theory is used as\r\nan indicator to measure the perception of the students, that are reliability, perceptive\r\nability, guaranty, emphaty, and physical evidence. The result of this research shows\r\nthat the student’s perception toward service quality in library of STPMD “APMD” of\r\nYogyakarta is considered as good by the total result of average value 3,006, the detail\r\nare 2,94 for reliability dimension, 2,98 for perceptive ability dimension, 3,12 for\r\nguaranty dimension, 3,03 for emphaty dimension, and 2,96 for physical evidence\r\ndimension. From those average value, the student’s perception toward service quality\r\nin the library of STPMD “APMD” of Yogyakarta is considered good.\r\n\r\n"^^ . "2014-01-12" . . . .
