This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The research is done in the library of STPMD “APMD” in Yogyakarta by using sample from 94 students who have been registered as the members of the library of STPMD “APMD” of Yogyakarta. The method used to take the sample is accidental sampling method. The data is collected using questionnaire method, interview, observation, and documentation. The data is analyzed using SPSS ( Statitical Package For Social Science) version 19 for Windows. The variable characteristic in this research is singgle that is the serving quality in the library of STPMD “APMD” of Yogyakarta. Servqual theory is used as an indicator to measure the perception of the students, that are reliability, perceptive ability, guaranty, emphaty, and physical evidence. The result of this research shows that the student’s perception toward service quality in library of STPMD “APMD” of Yogyakarta is considered as good by the total result of average value 3,006, the detail are 2,94 for reliability dimension, 2,98 for perceptive ability dimension, 3,12 for guaranty dimension, 3,03 for emphaty dimension, and 2,96 for physical evidence dimension. From those average value, the student’s perception toward service quality in the library of STPMD “APMD” of Yogyakarta is considered good. %K Key Word: service quality, library service %D 2014 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA %L digilib11498
