Information technology expected to help accelerate the use in obtaining needs of information and provide a system so that library services can be systematically. One of the utilization of information technology in library services was the implementation of a software application SIPRUS. The objective of this study was to find out library staff perceptions of the SIPRUS software applications in UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta libraries. This study was a descriptive quantitative research. The subject of this study was a librarian in UIN Sunan Kalijaga library. The sample collecting technique was a documentation, questionnaire, and interview. While the variable in this research was only one, that was SIPRUS application software. Data analysis begins with preliminary analysis by applying the LIKERT scale, then test the validity with the Pearson Product Moment, test the reliability with Alpha Cronbach, and descriptive analysis. The result of this study showed that the perception of the librarian at the UIN Sunan Kalijaga library of SIPRUS application software overall was good. That can be seen from the grand mean of 3, 87 (on the interval 3,41-4,20). On the other hand, the result of this study also indicate that there are deficiencies in the use of SIPRUS applications software. Primarily related to the incidence of damage to data or systems that still require improvement. Therefore, a suggestion that can be recommended was routinely CYPRUS software improvements so as to minimize the occurrence of damage to the system and data. } }
