description: This study aims to determine how the quality of internet services in the Library at  Library and Archives Office of the city of Yogyakarta . The method used in this  research is descriptive quantitative . The data was collected using a questionnaire as  the primary data source, while documentation and observation being complementary  data .The population is around Yogyakarta City Library visitors who utilize internet  services . Samples taken from the population based on the Rough Guide to  Developing Society Satisfaction Index ( SSI ) Unit Government Agencies .  Accidental sampling method sample , a total of 150 respondents .Variable in this  study is the development of 14 single minimal element of public service in  accordance with the Decree of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform  Number : KEP/25/M.PAN/2/2004 on Guidelines for Preparation General Public  Satisfaction Index Services Unit Government Agencies .The results showed that the  quality of internet services in the Office of Library and Archive of Yogyakarta is well  with the value koversi 79.75 . So the interpretation / interpretation quite well with the  quality of service B.
