%X This study aims to determine the level of utilization of a collection of textbooks  by students at SMAN 1 TemanggungLibrary . The results of the average  percentage of each variable of interest was obtained ( 37.5 % ) , the needs of users  ( 66.04 % ) , the complete collection ( 87.8 % ) , and availability of information  retrieval facilities ( 76.7 % ) . This study is a survey research with quantitative  approach , the study subjects were students . Sampling using incidental sampling .  The total sample of 80 . Data collection techniques used observation ,dokomentasi  , and questionnaires . The results of the overall study on the use of library  collections by students at SMAN 1 Temanggung Library is Not Good in the  category that is equal to 41.8 % . SMA Negeri 1 Temanggung Library should  either increase the number of collection or the title of his copies , so that needs can  be met to the maximum reader and library services in a timely , prompt and  friendly will give satisfaction to students to take advantage of the library  collection. .
