The subject of this research is students IX MTs N wonokromo with the characteristics of the students around 12-15 ages. The research used quantitative research and used scale for measurement. First scale is self efficacy based on the theory from Bandura (1997) difficult aspect such as an assignment, behavior and conviction. And the second is journal climate from Anderson (1999) some aspects area physical class environment, social system, the teacher wishes and also class area. The result of this research show that there is positive significance correlation between journal climate and self efficacy in students of MTs N Wonokromo Class IX journal climate is more positive that?s way the impact from self efficacy is higher. On the contrary journal climate more negative and less than self efficacy based on the result from the hypothesis from the research is accepted. It shows that from the correlation coefficient ( r x y ) 0,226 with p = 0,026 (p,0, 05) effective contribution toward self efficacy journal climate of students MTs N wonokromo 7,1 it means 92,2 \% other factors it will influence high and low from the self efficacy it will develop deeply again. } }
