Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Cilacap. Customer satisfactions is the customer response to the discrepancy between the previous interest rate and actual performance had felt after the use. One of the factors that determine customer satigfactions is the internal media and reputation. In this study, researchers wanted to know how much influence the internal media on reputations. The study was conducted to 100 respondens representing the customer population Warta Cilacap. Results of hypothesis testing using linear regressins shows the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0,370 is used to determine the influence ot the percentage change in the independent variabel (media internal) on the dependent variabel (reputasi), of the test result above coefficient R2 = 0,370 means that the influence on purchase decisions internal media is 37,0\%, while the reaining 63\% is influenced by other variables in addition to internal media. } }
