The study subjects were children who are still recorded in the office of Yogyakarta city archives and libraries . data collection methods used by the author to get the relevant data is the observation , documentation and questionnaires (koesioner) . based on the analysis and discussion of this experiment is about " the perception of the user satisfaction in the child services office of Yogyakarta city archives and libraries " . doperoleh high scores to the questions contained in item 6 with a score of 78.8 % , this means that the service will be undertaken to guide reading very satisfying users, especially for the children while the calculation of the grand mean of 73.75 % and can be categorized either , so the services provided in the child can be given the satisfaction of users who come and visit the office of Yogyakarta city archives and libraries .
