This researh is a descriptive qualitative research. The\r\nmethods of collecting data in this research is by using interviews, observations,\r\nand documentations. To analyze the ddata is by using the theory of Miles and\r\nconclusion. Testing the validity of data in this research includes the test of\r\ncredibility (interbal validity). While testing the validity of the data in the study\r\nconducted by membercheck. The conclusion of the research “Role of the Library\r\nat SD Muhammadiyah Kadisoko Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta as a learning\r\nresource” has fulfilled its functions as media or bridge between a resource of\r\ninformations and its users, it also fulfills the needs of user by providing the\r\nrequired information for the public, it is as an instituation to develop interest in\r\nreading for the public, namely civitas SD Muhammadiyah Kadisoko Kalasan\r\nSleman Yogyakarta, it is a facilitator, mediator and motivator for students who\r\nwould like to develop their talents and their skills, it is as an instituations of nonformal\r\neducation for the community, namely civitas SD Muhammadiyah\r\nKadisoko Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta. They are available to learn on independent\r\n(self-taught), it is also a research institute to explore, utilize and develope a\r\nresource of informations and knowledge. suggestions can be made, namely\r\nresearchers: the need for additional budget funds, teachers should be actively\r\nmotivate students to further increase reading, further enrich the library collection\r\nand facilities to be able to be a facilitator, mediator and motivator for students to\r\ndevelop the knowledge, conduct an evaluation of the need users to encourage\r\nstudents to learn independently.\r\nKeywords: Evaluation, Role of the Library, Learning Resource"^^ .
