%X Method of developing system in this research uses SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) which consists of some steps, like analyzing need system, designing and testing system. Language programing used is PHP with database MySQL. Application of web server used in the application uses XAMPP. Course and Training Institute Effectief Komputer still applies manual database in which all its transaction process is written on papers and managed using Microsoft Excel. Therefore, the management of database is less effective and less efficient. This research is aimed to create an application of management information system at LKP Effectief Komputer to manage data like online registration, student data, instructor data, transaction data, particular report and income data. This reserch results an aplication of Management Information System LKP EFFECTIEF KOMPUTER which can be used to manage online registration, student data, instructor data, transaction data, particular course and particular income report. The result of testing functional system of questionnaire includes 24 respondent, in which most of respondents give good assesment on the aplication. The testing shows 100% of respondents say that the function of system runs well and 0% of respondents say the function of system does not run well. Meanwhile, from usabiliy system testing shows that 43,3 % really agree, 47,5% agree, 91,6% are netral, 0% disagree and 0% really disagree.
