So they need strategy to increase their income. Using internet is one of that strategy. The problem is there is no online sales system to extend the range of marketing that can be used by more than one merchant and can perform appropriate borrowing wares business processes that happen in Malioboro area. Customers can do online purchases and offline payments. One of the reason why there is no system is the lack of technical knowledge from merchants to developing and managing website. Then it is necessary to develop this commercial interaction. For development this system is used SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). With this method, the author analyzed the business processes in Malioboro area and then designed and developed a system based on the analysis that had been done. This system is tested using alpha testing performed by the developer and beta testing performed by potential end users. The multiseller online sales system for batik in Malioboro area can provide facilities to merchants doing batik sales and customers to make online ordering activities with offline payments, also facilitate merchants to borrow other wares from other merchants.
