The purpose of this system development is to transform the conventional administrative process to a computerized system. So, it will be easy to do the administration. Scrum, one of the agile software development methods, is used in this system development. Scrum models allow projects to progress via a series of iterations called agile sprints. Each sprint is typically two to four weeks. While the scrum methodology can be used for managing any project, the Scrum agile process is ideally suited for projects with rapidly changing or highly emergent requierements like software.
