In this research 3 month old is kept for 1 month in the maturation pond. The parameters examined are metal content of Pb and Cr in the water, temperature, DO, pH, Pb and Cr content in liver, as well as the macroanatomy structures and microanatomy liver. Results showed the content of Pb and Cr in the maturation pond were still below the threshold of 1 ppm (Pb = 0.019-0.036 ppm, Cr = 0.020 to 0.043 ppm). The content of Pb in liver was not detected (TTD) while the Cr content was 0.400 to 2.423 ppm. Macroantomy structure did not change either in color or in size. Microanatomy liver structure indicates damages which include swelling of hepatocytes, degenerating fat tissues, necrosis, and congestioninduced. The damage was from normal to slightly damaged. Based on the results, it was concluded that the level of toxicity effluent in the liver was from normal to slightly damaged. Liver damage were not only due to the possibility of Pb and Cr but also were from toxic materials that were still present in the effluent. } }
