It has freedom and free will, because that behavior should not happen by characteristic rules or description of position, which is clearly demanded depend on the contract with organization, but as personal choice. This research is made to know the positive relation between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. The independent variable that is used in this research is transformational leadership, and the dependent variable is organizational citizenship behavior. The subjects of this research are the whole teachers of Muhammadiyah Kalasan Senior High School and UII Yogyakarta Senior High School. The method of research which is used in this research is scale of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and scale of transmormation leadership, then those data will be analyzed by analysis of statistics SPSS 16.0. for windows. Quantitative data are analyzed by technique of product moment. The result of the data analysis is correlation coefficient with -0,274 of rand with p = 0.071 (p > 0.05).
