Conflict comes because of a result from peoples daily interactions in the work place. Many conflicts that happen in the work place can be threaten the harmonization of the relationship that weave between the members. According to the cogitations above, so this research aims to know and explore Javanese culture values which brought by the worker whose come from Javanese tribal in the way their relationship weave in the work place. This research is a qualitative research with the phenomenological approach from observation and interview (semi structured) as the data collecting method. One of important research finding in this research shows that Javanese culture values which brought by the informants in their working life bring the implications to their working behavior. Javanese culture values which to be intended are: mawas diri, rila, tepo seliro, wedi-asih, ngerti isin, clannish and harmony. Values which build a set of behavior system that become an orientation to reach the harmonious relationship emerging Javanese work ethics.
