Independent variable ( x ) used in this study is distributive justice ( x1 ) and procedural justice ( x2 ) , while the dependent variable is turnover intention. Subjects in this study were employees of CV Wahana inti , with a lower level subject criteria ( low-end employee ) by 47 subjects . Data collection methods for all three variables using Likert scale model with four alternative answers . Testing the correlation of independent variables with the dependent variable is done using multiple regression techniques . The regression analysis showed a correlation coefficient R of 0.714 shows that the correlation between the organizational justice is strong , with a 51 \% contribution to the determination of turnover intention . While distributive justice variable relationship with turnover intention obtained correlation coefficient -0.356 with p {\ensuremath{<}} 0.001 indicates a significant negative relationship between distributive kedilan and turnover intentions . Whereas procedural justice variable relationship with turnover intention obtained correlation coefficient -0.415 with p {\ensuremath{<}} 0.001 indicates a significant negative relationship between procedural kedilan and turnover intentions . } }
