Informants consisted of three visually impaired students with disabilities who have been taking classes for a minimum of four semesters and joined the organization. This study used a qualitative approach with phenomenological research. The data in this study comes from the words and actions of informants obtained by using the method of observation and interviews as well as personal documents such as social networking account facebook status. Analysis of the data used is the coding techniques . The results of this study indicate that students with disabilities adversity quotient influenced by motivation, perseverance, learning, risk taking, and selfreliance. Preview adversity quotient obtained from the four dimensions of collaboration adversity quotient, namely self-control (control), origin and ownership, reach , and endurance. There are different types of individuals based on responses adversity quotient on the third informant. Informant 1 (FS) and 2 (WR) is a type of individual with campers while the informant 3 (TT) is an individual with type climbers. All three informants to get the meaning of the difficulties experienced with the condition that is trying to be grateful, and make yourself stronger mentally. Meaning also be obtained from the existing constraints that have lots of friends and experience to deal with obstacles and difficulties. } }
