Methode of data collection in this research uses questioner, interview, observation, and documentation. Instrument that uses for collecting data is enclosed questioner by likert scale. Respondents in this research are library’s user in FK UGM. This research uses Yamane formula, from that formula can be find 98 samples. It chooses by incidental. Besides, Grand Mean formula is the way to find out perception and user’s hope in this research. To find out library quality resvices, this research uses Importance Perfome Analysis or compability level formula. It compares the average hope’s score that multiplied by 100%. The result that get in this research are (1) User’s perception for library service are good by average score 3,10. (2) User’s hope for library service are very good by average score 3,49. (3) library service quality are very good by compability level score 88,97%. In this matter, writer added some suggestions which customized by each aspect of sub variable that have the lowest score.
