Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas\r\nVIII SMP Negeri 4 Cilacap. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII H dan\r\nsiswa kelas VIII G tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Teknik pengumpulan data\r\nmenggunakan skala sikap awal dan akhir sikap peduli lingkungan serta\r\nmenggunakan pretes dan postes kemampuan penalaran adaptif. Teknik analisis\r\ndata dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji anova satu jalur dan anova dua jalur\r\ndengan sebelumnya melakukan uji prasyarat.\r\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) kemampuan penalaran adaptif\r\nsiswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran matematika kontekstual berbasis potensi\r\npesisir meningkat dengan tidak terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan antar siswa\r\nberkemampuan awal matematika (tinggi, sedang, dan rendah), berdasarkan nilai\r\nsig 0,646 (KAM PAN) dan 0,730 (KAM PAP) pada uji Anova begitupun dengan\r\nsikap peduli lingkungan dengan nilai sig 0,411 (KAM PAN) dan 0,851 (KAM\r\nPAP) pada uji Anova. 2) peningkatan kemampuan penalaran adaptif siswa yang\r\nmemperoleh pembelajaran matematika kontekstual berbasis potensi pesisir lebih\r\ntinggi secara signifikan dibandingkan dengan siswa yang memperoleh\r\npembelajaran konvensional, berdasarkan nilai sig 0,032 (KAM PAN) dan 0,034\r\n(KAM PAP) pada uji Anova dan sig (1-tailed) = 0,0015. Sedangkan peningkatan\r\nsikap peduli lingkungan siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran matematika\r\nkontekstual berbasis potensi pesisir tidak lebih tinggi secara signifikan\r\ndibandingkan dengan siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional,\r\nberdasarkan nilai sig 0,603 (KAM PAN) dan 0,902 (KAM PAP) pada uji Anova.\r\n3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara pembelajaran dengan kemampuan awal\r\nmatematika siswa terhadap peningkatan kemampuan penalaran adaptif\r\nberdasarkan nilai sig 0,534 (KAM PAN) dan 0,902 (KAM PAP) pada uji Anova,\r\nbegitupun dengan interaksi antara pembelajaran dan kemampuan awal matematika\r\nterhadap peningkatan sikap peduli lingkungan berdasarkan nilai sig 0,448 (KAM\r\nPAN) dan 0,551 (KAM PAP) pada uji Anova.\r\n\r\n"^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
