Natural molluscicides that develop for environmentally friendly pesticide alternative is from the testa of the cashew (Anacardium occidentale). The purpose of this study was to determine the concentration of testa which can deadly 50% and 100% golden apple snails within 24 hours, as well as the correlation between the concentration of testa with lethal time the golden apple snails (P.canaliculata). The study was conducted by determining the concentration of testa of 2.5 g / l; 5 g / l; 7.5 g / l; 10 g / l and two are control variables such as positive controls niklosamid 10 g / l and a negative control of 0 g / l water. The test results obtained were analyzed by One Way ANOVA showed that the control treatment was significantly different. The data was then tested further by Duncan Multiple Range Test proves that the treatment of cashew testa 100% deadly golden apple snails within 24 hours is at a concentration of 10 g/l water. The data is then analyzed Probit regression analysis which proves that LC50-24h is equal to 0.985 g / l of water. While the correlation of test concentration with lethal time, we used Linear regression analysis. The test results prove both negatively correlated with the equation Y = 32.704 - 2.279 X and R2 of 0.848. R2 shows that 84.8% of deaths golden apple snails caused by molluskisida test and the rest caused by other factors such as DO. The cause of mortality suspected golden apple snails is phytochemical compounds contained in the test flavonoids 13.8%, saponin 7:23%, alkaloids 6:43% and tannins 2:23%. %Z Pembimbing : Najda Rifqiyati, M.Si
