This measurement system was capable to measure the temperature of the cooking oil displayed on the LCD. A characterization was then performed on the measurement system built in order to make it feasible to be used as a cooking oil temperature measurement device. The characterization was performed statically, including; the linearity, the sensitivity, the repeatability. The measurement result was displayed by the LCD in degree Celsius (C0). The designing of this measurement system used ATmega8 microcontroller as the controller of the input and output signal system.
