Meanwhile, The Department of Public Works in Yogyakarta, data management of road conditions is still conventional with using paper documents as well as analogue maps to show the location of roads that have been surveyed. It will cause problems when doing search and update the data that will be used for planning the repair and maintenance of roads are prioritized. To overcome these problems required a digital map-based Geographical Information Systems which more effective in providing visualization data of the road conditions and report damaged roads point from the result of public comment through the system. System development methods are used in the manufacture of this system is the method of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The GIS was built using digitations software Mapinfo, Pmapper framework, and MySQL database, as well as the map displayed using Mapserver. Based on which rating scale was calculated, 30 respondents stated that this system is very good and well to be implemented.
