%X Geographic information system mapping maternity clinics in Bantul is a tool  to give information distribution healthcare facilities including hospitals, health  centers and maternity clinics-house (bp-rb) that provide delivery services, because  in 2013, in Bantul occurred increase in maternal mortality.  This Geographic information system is developed using MapInfo,  Mapserver for Windows (MS4W), PHP, MySQL, and Pmapper framework.  Systems development method used is the SDLC (System Development Life  Cycle) while the waterfall model of system design methods with a functional  approach is described by using DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and modeling data  base described by ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). These systems are  implemented in a web form.  This system can provide a picture of a map of the distribution of health care  facilities including hospitals, health centers, and the center-treatment-home  maternity (BP-RB) which provides delivery services in Bantul.
