Competition hotels are encouraging, every hotel management try to be superior and have a lot of customers. Quality customer service is a very important aspect to foster customer loyalty. One way is to run a Customer Relationship Management (CRM), which is make the company become close and deep relationships with customers. Application of the concept of CRM in hospitality can be used to create a good customer service system.The customer service information system built hotel to helps identify customers, room reservation, and save hotel customers transaction history. The system is built using the MySQL database and the PHP programming language. This study used the stages of systems development waterfall. Concept of CRM will take the best service to customer tobe priority, starting from acquire to gain new customer, build a good relationship with customer and increase so as to retain customer. The results of this system can be used to help the hotels manage customer information with the aim of improving customer service to the hotel. The results achieved from this research is the successfull construction of information systems costumer service with CRM concept that can store detail costumers information.
