%X News regarding disbursement privileges ( Danais ) reported By almost all media associated with the use of newspapers Danais 2013 . Danais be long and full discussion will be a variety of opinions in the mass media , especially the local daily newspaper . Local daily newspaper that exposes the Fund Privileges or Danais namely Kedaulatan Rakyat (KR) and Harian Jogja (Harjo) in the perioid 28 November- 28 Desember 2013. This research was aimed to know how the framing Proclamation of the Sovereignty Disbursement Privileged (Danais) period 28 November – 28 December 2013.   This study uses descriptive qualitative research . This research uses Agenda Setting Theory,Construction Reality Theory, Contsruction of Media Theory, and Framing. The data obtained from the text of the news related to framing Proclamation of the Sovereignty Disbursement Privileged (Danais). This study uses a model of framing Robert N. Enntman as knive of analysis .In this research there is a frame from all of analysis from Kedaulatan Rakyat : The Late of Distribution Danais 2013 and the frame from Harian Jogja is : Distribution of Regulation Danais 2013.
