The school as it should is the place to get formal education as well as a second family for adolescents, but in fact the school into a medium or a growing aggressiveness. This research was conducted aiming to find out the background of the psychosocial development of the aggressiveness of a teenager. In addition to describing patterns, shapes, phases as well as the aggressiveness of the model on the following variant of the teen-hybrids. To uncover these problems comprehensively and in depth, in this study used qualitative research method using life history. Tekhik data analysis the data analysis used was developed by Miles and Huberman, namely the reduction of the data, the presentation of the data, draw conclusions and verification. The cornerstone of the theory of psychosocial development theory used of Eriksen and theory aggressiveness of Krahe. The results of this research indicate that the family, peers, school and the gang is very influential in the formation of adolescent psychosocial development of aggressiveness, behavior and cognitive include affection subject. Lack of compassion as well as parenting wrong in family encourage the subject looking for comfort with friends her age. Peer through the subject of getting to know the gang that made the level of agresivitasnya increased due to a grudge and would like to get the recognition from his peers.
