The research method is descriptive quantitative research. The subject on this research are active members of the library who used the service at BPAD DIY.The object of the research is librarian?s perception toward the quality of circulation service at BPAD DIY.The populations are 8,025 librarians who are active members at BPAD DIY. The sample of this research is part of number and characteristics of the population, those are 99 librarian members of BPAD DIY. Data collecting technique used was observation, questioner, interview and documentation. The measurement of service quality used is Parasuraman Zeithaml, and Berry Theory, those are;reliabilitas, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, and tangibles. Data analysis used was percentage descriptive. The result was grand mean 2.84. The conclusion was circulation service quality at BPAD DIY was categorized as good.However there were some quality services in circulation at BPAD DIY which need improvement. Those are arrangement books on bookshelf must be neat and based on their classification, need more new editions to the readers and in service there should not be any discrimination. } }
