To build a good communication among the organization members requires a supportiveness climate within it. Before the supportiveness climate is formed, an organization will encounter various organization communication processes that will make the organization better and solid. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive design by implementing three research methods; those are observation, interview and book research. Researcher observes the organization system in Inna Garuda Hotel Yogyakarta. This mini-thesis discuses the supportiveness climate in Hotel Inna Garuda viewed by six behaviors that forms it, those behaviors are descriptive, problem orientation, spontaneity, empathy, similarity and equivalence, provisionalism. The research result shows that organization communication of the employee of Inna Garuda Hotel Yogyakarta has run conducive. The next research result also shows that there is a closeness among the employees either horizontal or vertical structure. The closeness of this organization communication will build the mutual situation or climate suportiveness among the employees.
