abstract: Of poverty that affects most of Indonesian people, women are the most inerable group based on gender. No wonder if poverty femininity is running. To solve this phenomenon, women have to be placed as subject change. Approach of ABA, GSI and API that are used by ACCESS in Indonesia east region can create critical awareness of women to do development innovation in their surroundings. Women succeed boosting for strengthening local economy, expanding food tenacity, involving in the planning of their village even some who become chairperson of RT, BPD and others.
