Entrepreneurship as people’s independence pillar has roots in the religious culture tradition. In the context of Moslem community, the Islamic values becomethe spirit of civil entrepreneurship. Extracting Moslem spirit as entrepreneurship spirit means that al Quran and Hadits in nowadays context should be reinterpreted to be suitable for the contemporary society. According to Max Weber’s theory of Capitalist Spirit and Protestant Ethics, we can find at least seven spirits of Moslem that are relevant to realize entrepreneurship for society.
